HAIS Lab hosts ACM SwissCHI annual summer meeting in Bern

The HAIS Lab hosted the recent ACM SIGCHI Summer meeting at Bern University of Applied Sciences, attracting over 50 Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) researchers and User Experience professionals from across Switzerland. After a series of different workshop sessions at our lovely Marzili Campus, we conducted a walking tour through the historic UNESCO old town of Bern, including passing the house where Albert Einstein lived.

The ACM SwissCHI is the official ACM SIGCHI chapter representing the scientific community of Human-Computer Interaction research throughout Switzerland. HAIS lab lead Prof. Dr. Thiemo Wambsganss is the elected president of the ACM SwissCHI Chapter for the term 2024-2026. Leane Wettstein is part ot the elected student board of ACM SwissCHI.
